• Non-Delivery: If services are not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our fault, clients are entitled to a full refund.
• Service Mismatch: If the final delivery significantly deviates from the project specifications provided by the client and cannot be rectified, a partial or full refund may be granted.
• Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel their project before the delivery phase has begun, a full refund will be issued minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred by Greicodex.

Delivery Policy

Our delivery policy ensures that all services are rendered in a timely and efficient manner:

• Timeline: The delivery timeline for each project will be agreed upon at the start of the contract. We commit to meeting these deadlines, barring unforeseen circumstances.
• Progress Updates: Regular updates will be provided to keep clients informed of the project's progress.
• Digital Delivery: All deliverables will be sent electronically via email or a secure client portal.

Return Policy

Given the nature of our services, we do not offer a return policy for completed projects. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us to discuss potential revisions.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, leading to the cancellation of projects. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Post-Delivery Cancellation: Once a project has been delivered, it cannot be canceled. However, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns and encourage clients to contact us for possible resolutions.
